TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel site*, today announced that it will be hosting two free Master Class events at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket and Amari Watergate Bangkok on Tuesday April 23 and Thursday April 25, respectively. The Master Classes will offer Thai hotel industry professionals tested strategies for maintaining a positive online reputation and encouraging more direct bookings. Attendees will hear from Lewis Ng, Commercial Director APAC, TripAdvisor for Business, on best practices for reaching the site’s 200 million unique monthly visitors*.
