TPARK announces official opening of its TPARK Laemchabang 2 Site

 An expansion of TPARK Laemchabang 1, the new site covers a total land area of 500 rai.

With 4.2 billion baht investment, a total of 230,000 sq m. warehouses for lease

will be developed and expected to be completed in 2 years

for serving industry expansion in the Eastern region.

 Chonburi, 2 July 2013: TPARK or TICON Logistics Park Co.,Ltd., the leading logistics warehouses and facilities developer for lease in Thailand, officially organizes a Grand Opening Ceremony of its new Logistics Park entitled “TPARK Laemchabang 2” strategically located on Highway no 7,  Chonburi Province, 8 kilometers from Laemchabang Deep Sea Port .

Mr. PatanSomburanasin, General Manager of TPARK or TICON Logistics Park Co.,Ltd. discloses, “Following the great success of TPARK Laemchabang 1 which is now fully occupied, TPARK realizes the potential of the location on Highway no. 7 which is strategically suitable for logistics and distribution center.   The area also has high potential for industrial expansion of various sectors such as Automotive, Electronics, Logistics, and Imports& Exports industries which will require a large number of Ready-Built warehouses. TPARK therefore decided to develop “TPARK Laemchabang 2” on a 500 rai of land which will serve as a distribution hub and facilitate the increasing demand from the Imports & Exports sector.  With an investment of approximately 4.2 billion baht we plan to complete the project within 2015 with a total space of 230,000 square meters of warehouses for lease.”

The key success factor of the project is the location on Highway no.7, Chonburi province which is strategically situated only 8 kilometers from Laemchabang Deep Sea Port. The site is also surrounded by a number of major industrial estates such as Laemchabang Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate, Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate, Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, etc.,.  All these superior advantages make TPARK Laemchabang 2 an ideal distribution center for Imports & Exports industries as well as serving the growing industrial expansion in the Eastern region.
