Novotel Silom’s all-day dining venue offers special set menu during Thailand’s annual Vegetarian FestivalOctober 2013 – Food promotion – The Square restaurant at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom presents a special set menu for lunch and dinner as part of this year’s Vegetarian Festival, which in 2013 runs from 5th to 13th October.
For this year’s festival, The Square restaurant features a set menu of appetizer and main course selections priced at only THB 299++ per set.
Accor Advantage Plus members receive an additional 10% discount on the set menu price.
The festive meal begins with a collection of six appetizers: Mixed Mushroom Salad, Larb Tofu, Vietnamese Spring Roll, Som Tum Vegetarian, Tom Yum Mixed Mushroom Soup and Stuffed Bitter Cucumber Vegetable Soup.
The menu’s main dishes – all served with Jasmine rice – then follow: Vegetable Green Curry, Sweet and Sour Tofu, Vegetarian Phad Thai, Broccoli and Ginger Stir-fried with Tofu, Baked Mushroom with Herbs and Stir-fried String Bean in Red Curry Paste.
