A highlight of the event was a presentation by Mr. Meelarp Sokuma, senior Assistant Vice President of Solutions Integration Group of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company, who shared insights into the application of AI and automation in the hospitality sector. He addressed how these technologies can enhance customer experiences, such as through the use of AI chatbots that provide 24/7 support year-round—offering information about room availability, promotions, nearby attractions, travel details, and various hotel facilities.

Following the presentations, attendees enjoyed a lunch session where they exchanged experiences on integrating AI into hotel operations. Guests also had the opportunity to experience the Myra Omni Kiosk, a self-service check-in/out system designed specifically for the hospitality industry.
