Mr. Patan Somburansin (right), General Manager and Mr. Tan Jitapuntkul, Deputy General Manager of TPARK or TICON Logistics Park Co.,Ltd. jointly announced at a recent press conference that its first 7-month performance of 2013 was beyond target with new warehouse space for lease jumped up by 199,531 sq m or nearly 40% increase of total accumulated space at the end of 2012. The company is confident that TPARK will achieve the targeted total new leased space of 300,000 sq m by end of 2013. The company has increased 2013 investment budget to 10 billion baht for land purchase and aggressive expansion of Logistics Parks focusing on high potential areas such as Bangna, Bangplee, Laemchabang, and also aims to expand its business to the South starting at Surat Thani Province.
