Phuket property scoops up internet travel site’s coveted accolade as travellers vote

luxury resort’ in worldwide hospitality ratings.
Phuket (Thailand) 21 June : Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket is proud to announce that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2013 in recognition of its exceptional hospitality standards and performance.
Throughout the past year, the five star beach resort has consistently garnered outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. The website, which extends eligibility for the prestigious award to establishments worldwide, placed Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket in the top ten per cent of listed businesses.
The resort qualified for the Certificate of Excellence by maintaining an overall minimum rating of four out of five by travellers’ reviews on TripAdvisor. The internet travel company also requires award recipients to have been listed on its site for at least twelve months, and to meet minimum review volume throughout that period.
