Experience an exceptional Festive Season at Restaurant Savelberg Thailand this holiday with a choice of menus created by Michelin-starred Chef Henk Savelberg, the only Michelin starred Chef to spend the majority of his time in his Bangkok kitchen. Together with the kitchen team, he has designed elegant tasting menus to create a very special dining experience for this celebratory time of year.
Known for its beautiful food in a contemporary yet relaxed environment, the extravaganza of the occasion affords you the opportunity to appreciate a menu comprising Starters of such dishes as Lukewarm sliced lobster & tartar with crème of green peas and cucumber sweet & sour; Tartar of grilled scallop with organic tomato, cucumber, pineapple and gazpacho ice cream; and Lukewarm oyster with saffron foam, spinach and caviar. Meanwhile, Main Courses notably include Fillet of doe with creamy hazelnut puree, roasted hazelnut, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cranberry jelly , salsify and sauce aux épices; and the Chef’s signature Grilled North Sea turbot with broccoli, romanesco, balsamic gel, old Dutch cheese, pistachio and lemon vinaigrette.
