This year, Zuma Bangkok is including a romantic photo souvenir with an intimate 10-course menu celebrating Valentine’s Day at the ultra-trendy gastro lounge at the St Regis.
A complimentary photo against a backdrop of flowers is inclusive in the THB3,800++ price per person for the elegant feast of contemporary Japanese cuisine is available on Valentine’s Day.
Complete with its own unique air-conditioned outdoor rock garden terrace with a live DJ playing sultry techno jazz, the chic new hang-out for Bangkok’s smart set is welcoming couples with the ultimate aphrodisiac – Kumamoto oysters.
The intimate romantic menu served from February 14 to 16 features dishes such as sliced seabass sashimi with truffle oil and yuzu, mizuna salad with slow cooked egg and and bonito flakes, and zuma’s signature platter of kinmedai, shima aji and ika sashimi, zuma nigiri sushi and salmon avocado maki.
Spicy tuna roll, grilled Hokkaido scallops and Alaskan king crab tempura lead up to the main course of premium robota-grilled Kamichiku Wagyu beef with freshly-grated wasabi.
Completing the uniquely stylish menu is white miso soup with clams and a heart-melting Valentine’s dessert trio of chocolate raspberry mousse, roasted rice biscuit and milk ice cream, and strawberry Hokkaido cream tart with yoghurt ice cream.
For a romantic gift to complete the occasion, the Zuma Limited Edition Pralines are also on offer starting from February 11-17, in exquisite packages of four at THB380, eight at THB680 and twelve at THB980.
Early reservations are highly recommended, with two seatings in the evening from 6-8.30pm, and 9pm onwards.
