GRAND HYATT ERAWAN BANGKOK EARNS THE 11TH AMCHAM CSR EXCELLENCE RECOGNITION AWARD 2020

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is delighted and honoured to receive the AMCHAM CSR Excellence Recognition Award for the 11th consecutive year at the Platinum level. As our long-term efforts align closely with the goals of CSR, we will continue to engage in sustainable business practices and work with local communities.

This year Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok’s Read for the Blind initiative helped care for the community during three months of hotel closure due to Covid-19. There are 650 colleagues dedicated 4,225 hours reading 793 books and 6,843 articles. This was not beneficial to the blind, but also boosted the mental well-being of their people and enabled them to learn through reading.

Member companies that receive the award for consecutive years are recognized for their efforts at different tiers. The Platinum level is awarded to companies that receive the award for 10 consecutive years.

We will continue to develop and engage in useful CSR activities that contribute to the wellbeing of society.
