“Each year I like to create something a little different to give diners a chance to try something new. For this Valentine’s Day menu I used some well-known aphrodisiac ingredients such as oysters, cinnamon, chili, honey and chocolate, which not only taste good but also help to spark up a lively evening. The dishes are mostly Thai with heavy European influences, using locally sourced produce. I hope that our diners will enjoy the food as much as I enjoyed making them,” said Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, Founder and Creative Chef of Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant.
